How Earn BeFikar collects, uses, stores and protects your data for reward-based services.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Earn BeFikar (the "App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information when you use our reward-based earning platform, mobile applications, web dashboards and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Terms & Conditions

Rules and contractual terms for using Earn BeFikar's reward platform.

1. Acceptance

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Earn BeFikar. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must provide truthful information at registration. We may refuse or suspend access for users that violate these terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We recommend strong passwords and not sharing your account. We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity.

4. Rewards, Offers & Credit Rules

Earn BeFikar provides campaigns, offers and tasks administered by internal or third-party partners. Each campaign has specific terms. Rewards credited to your wallet are provisional until validated.

Reward credits may be reversed if fraud, duplication, or non-compliance is detected.
We reserve the right to adjust campaign payouts and remove or alter offers without prior notice.
Referral bonuses, if any, are governed by the Refer Policy; Earn BeFikar may enable or disable referral payouts at any time.

5. Withdrawals, Fees & Taxes

Withdrawals are processed according to thresholds and ID/UPI/verification rules. Withdrawals may be subject to administrative fees, third-party charges and applicable taxes.

All withdrawal amounts shown are gross; any taxes, network fees or bank charges are your responsibility unless explicitly stated.
We may require identity verification (KYC) for large withdrawals.
Withdrawals can take several business days depending on partner processing times.

6. Referral Rules & Postbacks

Referral rules may include immediate signup bonuses or delayed bonuses upon task completion. Postback-driven offer platforms may call our API to confirm offer completions. It is your responsibility to follow the campaign's instructions. We are not responsible for third-party offer tracking errors.

7. Fraud, Multi-Accounting & Abuse

We actively detect fraudulent behavior: multiple accounts using the same device fingerprint, IP abuse, automated bots, fake devices, collusion. If we detect abuse we may:

Suspend or terminate accounts;
Reverse credited rewards;
Retain funds to offset losses; and
Report to law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software are owned by Earn BeFikar or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish without permission.

9. DMCA & Content Removal

If you believe content hosted by us infringes your copyright, follow our DMCA takedown procedure by contacting our support with a valid notice.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earn BeFikar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Services are provided "as is".

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes and it is your responsibility to review updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Earn BeFikar operates. Any disputes will be handled in the authorized jurisdiction described in our contact / legal pages.
